*पंचकूला को बनाएंगे स्लम-फ्री सिटी: प्रेम गर्ग**

**पंचकूला, 27 सितंबर:** आम आदमी पार्टी के वरिष्ठ नेता **प्रेम गर्ग** ने आज घोषणा की कि पंचकूला को **चंडीगढ़ की तर्ज पर स्लम-फ्री सिटी** के रूप में विकसित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि **हर व्यक्ति को एक साफ-सुथरी और सुरक्षित छत** का हक है, और इसके लिए शहर की सभी अवैध कॉलोनियों का पुनर्वास कर वहां **मल्टी-स्टोरी फ्लैट्स** या **प्लॉट्स** का निर्माण किया जाएगा। यह फ्लैट्स **मालिकाना हक** के साथ बहुत कम कीमत पर कॉलोनीवासियों को दिए जाएंगे।

**राजीव-इंदिरा कॉलोनी, वुडनपुर और खड़क मंगोली** के निवासियों का विशेष रूप से जिक्र करते हुए प्रेम गर्ग ने बताया कि इन क्षेत्रों के लोगों को इस योजना के तहत पुनर्वासित किया जाएगा। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि **2017-18 के सर्वेक्षण** के बाद से अब तक कोई नया सर्वेक्षण नहीं हुआ है, और अब **ताजा सर्वेक्षण** के आधार पर पात्रता तय की जाएगी। चंडीगढ़ के धनास और मलोया की तर्ज पर यहां **फ्लैट्स का निर्माण** कर उन्हें वितरित किया जाएगा।

प्रेम गर्ग ने आम आदमी पार्टी के **दृष्टिकोण** को स्पष्ट करते हुए कहा कि पार्टी की नीति अन्य दलों की तरह **झूठे वादों** पर आधारित नहीं है और न ही जनता को **वर्षों तक इंतजार** कराया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि पार्टी ने **शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, बिजली और पानी** जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाओं को प्राथमिकता दी है, और अब **हर नागरिक को घर** उपलब्ध कराने का वादा किया है।

उन्होंने पंचकूला के नागरिकों से अपील की कि अगर वे **अन्य दलों के खोखले वादों** से थक चुके हैं, तो इस बार आम आदमी पार्टी को मौका दें और **वास्तविक बदलाव** के लिए वोट करें।

**Panchkula to be Made Slum-Free: Prem Garg**

**Panchkula, September 27:** Senior leader of the Aam Aadmi Party, **Prem Garg**, announced today that Panchkula will be developed as a **slum-free city** on the lines of Chandigarh. He emphasized that **every individual deserves a clean and safe home**, and for this, all unauthorized colonies in the city will be rehabilitated with the construction of **multi-story flats** or **plots**. These flats will be allotted to the residents at **very affordable rates** with **ownership rights**.

Mentioning **Rajiv-Indira Colony,Budhanpur , Ashiana Complex and Khadak Mangoli** in particular, Prem Garg stated that the residents of these areas will be rehabilitated under this scheme. He also mentioned that since the **2017-18 survey**, no new survey has been conducted, and now a **fresh survey** will determine eligibility. Flats will be constructed and distributed based on the model of Chandigarh’s Dhanas and Maloya.

Prem Garg, while clarifying the **vision** of the Aam Aadmi Party, said that unlike other parties, the AAP does not make **false promises** or make people wait for **years**. He stressed that the party has prioritized **education, healthcare, electricity, and water**, and now it is committed to ensuring a **home for every citizen**.

He urged the people of Panchkula to give the Aam Aadmi Party a chance if they are **tired of the empty promises** of other parties, and vote for **real change**.
