Amount of Rs. 946 crore approved for Dream Project of Aviation Hub- Dushyant Chautala.
Chandigarh. July 28 – Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala has said that the construction of an international level Airport in Hisar is an ambitious plan for the people of the entire State. Haryana Government will spend an amount of Rs. 946 crore for the construction work of Maharaja Agrasen International Hisar Airport. The allocated funds will be spent on different heads to complete the ongoing airport construction works in the second phase. The second phase of the construction of Hisar airport, being developed as an Integrated Aviation Hub, includes the construction of a cargo railway line in addition to the passenger line near Raipur.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that it is a matter of pride for the people of the State that Hisar airport has been named after Maharaja Agrasen by the Haryana Government. He said that the city of Agroha, which was established by Maharaja Agrasen, is just 20 km away from Hisar and now Agroha will also get international recognition with the naming of the International Airport. Sh. Dushyant Chautala said that the allocated funds will be used during the next three years.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that the work to develop Hisar as an aviation hub is going on at a brisk pace. He said that 15 percent of the total worth of Rs. 164 crore tender issued by Public Works Department for construction of runway, taxiway and airport apron has been completed and 75 percent to 90 percent work of excavation work of runway and earthwork on are completed.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that the road connecting Talwandi Rana-Dhansu-Mirzapur and Hisar villages has been widened and strengthened so that it can be used as an alternate road when Talwandi Rana-Hisar road is closed. He said that under the allocated amount, construction of 3000 meter runway with cat light facility in the airport, terminal building, 23 meter wide taxi track, parking stand, cargo terminal, fire station, air traffic control building, boundary wall, light, maintenance building and other buildings including airport security building, domestic cargo building, power house, power transmission station, public parking space will be constructed.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that 7200 acres of land has been arranged on Government land for the construction of the airport. He said that 4200 acres of land in Hisar has come to the Civil Aviation Department and the process of transfer of remaining 3000 acres of land is in progress. The Deputy Chief Minister said that in the third phase, it is proposed to expand the existing infrastructure including the construction of a runway of about 4000 meters long.
Sh. Dushyant Chautala said that the Haryana Government is seriously considering the plan to develop other industries around the airport at Hisar. He said that about 10,000 acres of land is available in Hisar and it is the best place to develop industries around the aviation hub.
With the efforts of Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij, Ambala Cantonment will have a Mini Secretariat soon
Many big projects will be inaugurated soon in Ambala Cantonment area and work in this regard is being done at a fast pace
Chandigarh, July 28 – With the efforts of Haryana’s Home, Urban Local Bodies and Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij there will soon be a Mini Secretariat for the people of Ambala Cantonment Assembly Constituency. Thus, after its construction the people of this area won’t have to commute to Ambala city with regard to secretariat-related works. Crores of rupees have been spent for the completion of the work of Mini Secretariat and 80 per cent work of its construction work is completed.
Similarly, due to the efforts of Home Minister, Sh. Anil Vij sportspersons will get better facilities. In view of this, the work of best football stadium approved by FIFA in North India is also being done at a fast pace. The work of all-weather swimming pool is also going on at a fast pace here. Not only this, construction work of Sports Hostel in front of War Heroes Memorial Stadium has been completed where the players can stay. There are many such big projects in Ambala Cantonment area, which are to start soon and work is going on in this direction at a fast pace.
From the point of view of development and in honour of freedom fighters, the construction work of War Memorial on Ambala-Delhi road is also being done at a cost of crores of rupees. Along with this, the construction work of Aryabhatta Vigyan Kendra is also being done and it is being built at a cost of crores of rupees. In the field of medicine, the Civil Hospital of Ambala Cantonment has already been dedicated to the public. The construction work of Cancer Care Centre is being done at a fast pace here and 96 flats for doctors are also being built here. Subhash Park has also been renovated. The work of four laning of the Ambala-Saha Highway is also being done at a fast pace. Apart from this, works on multi-storey parking, Bank Square, Drainage etc. is also going on.
Similarly, in order to provide basic amenities to the people as well as to do their social and other programmes in Ambala Cantonment area, the state has built more than 100 Dharamshalas in the entire constituency and all the best facilities have been provided in these Dharamshalas. Many works have also been done in the direction of providing clean drinking water to the people. Under the Jagmag Scheme, work is being done to enhance the beauty of the cantonment by installing street lights and big lights in the Cantonment Area.
Similarly, Jagmag Ambala Yojana is also on the main agenda of the Home Minister. Under this, the work of installing more than 12,000 hi-tech lights at a cost of about Rs 18 crore is going on in the entire cantonment area. About 4,000 poles will be installed for this work. There will not be any area without lights. The basic process on this has already started. In the coming days, soon every corner of Ambala Cantonment will be fully lit. A control room will be set up in the city council’s office with regard to the information of each light and this will keep a vigil on the entire system.
Chandigarh, July 28- Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal today gave a ‘victory punch’ for the Paralympic Games, while wishing the players participating in the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games starting from August 24, 2021 all the best in Gurugram.
President, Paralympic Committee, Ms. Deepa Malik met with the Haryana Chief Minister today. While conveying his best wishes to the sportspersons, the Chief Minister hoped that the players of Haryana would also fill India’s bag with medals by performing exceptionally in Paralympic Games and would bring laurels to illuminate the name of Haryana in the world. The Chief Minister said that the players of Haryana State are performing well in the Tokyo Olympics. Ms. Deepa Malik assured the Chief Minister that the players would make the country proud by winning medals in Paralympics.
Significantly, the Paralympic Games are going to be held in Tokyo from August 24 to September 5 in which 18 players from Haryana will participate.
On this occasion, he also put his signature on the T-shirt of Tokyo-2020 Paralympic, on which he wrote ‘Paralympic Tokyo-2020 ke Liye Shubhkaamnaye – Manohar Lal, Chief Minister Haryana’.
The Chief Minister said that for the preparation of Paralympic Games, an amount of Rs 5 lakh has also been provided to each player by the Haryana Government.
Chief Minister inspected Medical college to be built on an area of 80.63 acres in Koriyawas
Admissions in Koriyawas Medical College to begin in 2023, says Chief Minister
Chandigarh, July 28: Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that the work of medical college to be built at Koriyawas in Mahendragarh district would be completed by 2022. The state government aims to start admission in this medical college in the year 2023, he added.
The Chief Minister said this while inspecting the medical college to be built on an area of 80.63 acres during his visit in the district for a programme today. He also took the progress report of the work related to construction of the medical college from the officers concerned.
The Chief Minister said that this Medical College would be built with state of the art facilities. The hospital will have a bed arrangement of about 880 beds, out of which 720 will be ward beds and 100 will be ICU. The hospital will have 24 operation theatres besides having an arrangement of 40 special beds and 20 beds in private wards, informed the Chief Minister.
The Chief Minister said that this college is being built at most suitable location. Its structural work has been completed.
On this occasion, Social Justice and Empowerment Minister, Sh. Om Prakash Yadav, Former Education Minister, Sh. Ram Bilas Sharma, Nangal Chaudhary MLA, Dr. Abhay Singh Yadav, Ateli MLA, Sh. Sitaram Yadav were also present.
Dhosi to be developed as a tourist destination: Chief Minister
A budgetary provision of Rs 300 crore made for four Assembly Constituencies of Mahendragarh in the initial phase
Chandigarh, July 28 – Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal has said that Dhosi will be developed as a tourist destination in Mahendragarh district.
This land of Maharishi Chyavana Rishi holds religious and historical importance all over the world, therefore the area would be developed as center of attraction, said Chief Minister.
He said that it would also be ensured that the work regarding restoration of Madhogarh Fort in the district which is already going on, is completed at the earliest.
Sh. Manohar Lal said this while interacting with the media persons after chairing the workers meeting in Narnaul today.
Sharing the details about IMT to be built at Khudana in Mahendragarh, the Chief Minister said that its design and plan is ready. About 400 acres land is required for this project and as soon as the work of identifying this land is completed then work will start according to the prescribed plan. This is an important project of the state government, he added.
The Chief Minister said that in Ateli Assembly Constituency, if the prescribed criteria is met, then constructing a similar project will also be considered there too.
Sharing the details regarding the development works of the district, the Chief Minister said that development projects worth Rs. 367 crore are underway in all the Four Assembly constituencies in Mahendragarh district.
This time, despite the reduction in tax due to COVID-19 Pandemic, a budget of Rs 300 crore has been set for the four Assembly Constituencies in the initial phase itself, shared Sh. Manohar Lal.
Divulging details about the logistics hub to be built along the Delhi-Mumbai freight corridor, Sh. Manohar Lal said that construction of road, providing electricity and water is already going on for this project. After the completion of this work, further work will continue in a phased manner. This will create new employment opportunities here, he added.

Chandigarh, July 28- Haryana New and Renewable Energy Department and HAREDA have formulated a detailed action plan for setting up institutional Biogas Plants in Gaushalas and Dairies, under which a subsidy of 40 per cent is being provided by the government for setting up of institutional Biogas Plants of 25 cubic metres, 35 cubic metres, 45 cubic metres, 60 cubic metres and 85 cusec meter capacity. This grant will be given on a ‘first come, first served’ basis.
Giving information in this regard an official spokesperson said that the operator of the Gaushala and Dairy, who wants to set up an institutional Biogas Plant, can apply in the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner of the concerned district.
He said that biogas is a clean, eco-friendly, smokeless gas and it is helpful in preparing organic manure for bio-farming. He said that biogas contains 55 per cent to 70 per cent methane gas, which is flammable. Biogas is prepared from animal dung. Biogas Plant is commonly known as Gobar Gas Plant. There are about 7.6 lakh animals in Haryana which can lead to the generation of 3.8 lakh cubic meters of biogas. About 300 MW of electricity can be generated from this 3.8 lakh cubic meters of biogas. He added that about 10 quintals of cow dung is collected from 100 animals from which about 50 cubic meters of gas can be generated.

Dushyant Chautala directed the officers to prepare such a system so that unemployed youth can be provided employment according to the feasibility of their home by imparting right skill training as per requirement of industrial cluster in their area, this will save their time and expenditure on commuting to far of places for employment.
The Deputy Chief Minister, who also holds the portfolio of Labour and Employment Department, presided over the meeting with the concerned department officers here today. During the meeting he was informed about the coaching being given for Government jobs through Gradeup on the employment portal for which he issued necessary guidelines.
In the meeting, Commissioner of Haryana Employment Department, Sh. Nitin Kumar Yadav, Labour Commissioner, Sh. Pankaj Agarwal, Director General of Micro, Small and Medium Industries Department, Sh. Vikas Gupta, Director General of Skill Development and Industrial Training and Employment, Sh. PC Meena and other senior officers were present in the meeting.
Sh. Dushyant Chautala directed the officers to prepare such a database on the employment portal in coordination with all other Government Departments of the State so that the details of the vacant posts and youth working there on contract basis can be collected. According to the demand of private industries, modern technical skills will be imparted to the youth so that the right skill can be placed in the right Industries having same domain.
The Deputy Chief Minister also said that career counsellors with latest technology should also be appointed in all employment exchanges so that they can guide the registered youth for their employment. He directed the officers that such possibilities should also be explored so that the unemployed registered on the employment portal can get part-time jobs ranging from plumber to house-maid through the portal itself. He also directed the officers to review the private websites giving jobs and evaluate their updated technology and working style.

Chandigarh, July 28- Haryana Home Minister, Sh. Anil Vij has expressed hope that India’s badminton player PV Sindhu will break her previous record of Rio Olympics and win gold medal for India this time by reaching the pre-quarterfinals of the Tokyo Olympics.
Sh. Vij tweeted today that ‘PV Sindhu enters pre-quarterfinals in Badminton at Tokyo Olympics. Hope she breaks her own Rio Olympic record and wins gold medal for India this time.’

Chandigarh July 28 – The Governor of Haryana, Sh. Bandaru Dattatreya on Wednesday said that officers of all departments should work with a sense of full responsibility and accountability to take the welfare schemes of the government to every needy person.
Sh. Dattatreya was interacting with the officers of various departments at Raj Bhavan during a courtesy meeting as per the pre-scheduled engagements. Those present during the interaction included Chief Information Commissioner Sh. Yashpal Singhal, Haryana’s Financial Commissioner, and Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal, Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department, Sh. SN Roy, Gurugram University Vice Chancellor, Dr. Markande Ahuja, and other officials and dignitaries.
Meeting separately with the senior officials, while getting information about the outline of the development programmes of the state, the Governor stressed that special attention should be paid to the quality of construction works in the state. He also discussed the possibilities of increasing revenue collection in the state.
Governor, Sh. Bandaru Dattatreya also advised them to explore how better work can be done by strengthening the cooperative institutions in the state so that every person gets associated with cooperative institutions through some schemes.
Sh. Dattatreya was apprised of the works of disaster management. He said that the department should review the works of disaster management from time to time so that the government infrastructure is ready at all times to deal with any situation.
Emphasizing to make education more job-oriented, the Governor said that courses should be started in all universities as per the present needs of the job market so that students do not have to wander here and there for employment after completing their education. He also said that all universities should implement the New National Education Policy-2020 with full preparation.
“The New Education Policy will give a new direction to the youths of the country and revolutionary changes will come in the field of education in the country,” he said.
Sh. Dattatreya also interacted with Ms. Aruna Reddy, World Cup Medallist in gymnastics on Wednesday itself. Ms. Reddy, who hails from Hyderabad, is currently taking gymnastics training in Ambala. A world class centre for gymnasts and indoor sports has been established at Ambala.
Congratulating Ms. Aruna Reddy, Sh. Dattatreya said that she should earnestly prepare for ‘Khelo India’ to be held in Haryana in 2022.
