Allotment of plot to Associate Journal Limited (AJL) handed over to Central Bureau of Investigation.
Chandigarh, Dec 19- Haryana Health Minister Mr Anil Vij said that case regarding allotment of plot to Associate Journal Limited (AJL) by former Chief Minister Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda during Congress regime had been handed over to Central Bureau of Investigation. The Central agency would examine the irregularities thoroughly and punish the guilty accordingly.
The Health Minister was interacting with media persons after launching the VIBGYOR Bed Linen programme at Civil hospital in Panchkula near here today.
He said that the State Government is not working on any political vendetta in AJL issue and action has been taken as per the outcomes of investigations conducted so far. He recalled that Mr Hooda during Vidhan Sabha session were always saying to get the investigation conducted from any agency, now he is talking about political vendetta when the case has been referred to the CBI. Mr Hooda would reap the fruits of their deed as there is no chance of survival in this case.
Describing Sutlej-Yamuna-Link (SYL) canal as lifeline of Haryana, the Minister said that the Supreme Court has given its verdict on SYL issue in favour of the state. The state has right on its legitimate share of water and it must be given. Referring to the demonetization of old notes of high denomination, he said that people of the country is with the Prime Minister Mr Narnedra Modi this was reflected by failure of Bharat bandh call given by Congress. Congress is the mother of corruption and whenever a strike is made on corruption, congress and its leaders are used to oppose the move, he added.
