N0 case of Dengue reported in Chandigarh.

Chandigarh, 6th Dec, 2016: 0 case of Dengue have been reported (till the release of press note) and the total number of Dengue cases remained 877 in the city. Today 3 case of Chikungunya have been reported which were from Chandigarh. The overall details of 302 cases of Chikungunya detected in Chandigarh is; 46 imported, 55 wrong address and 201 from Chandigarh.
To further strengthen the preventive activities, daily fumigation is being carried out alongwith strengthening of field activities which includes mass awareness, checking of breeding sources like coolers, containers, tyres and other sources.
