Chandigarh, November 4, 2016: The open grounds along Burari Road on one side and Outer Ring Road on another in North Delhi are once again turning into a vast tented township. Like previous years, the venue is getting ready to host the 69th Annual Nirankari Sant Samagam scheduled to be held on November 19, 20 and 21, 2016, according to the information given by Sh. Mohinder Singh Ji, Sanyojak, Chandigarh branch. The devotees from Chandigarh will put up an exhibition for children called Bal Pradarshani, with a section devoted to Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj. Hundreds of devotees from the tri-city region have already started going to Delhi to contribute to Sewa for the upcoming Samagam.

Presided over by Nirankari Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj for the first time, the Samagam is expected to be attended by lakhs of devotees from all over India and thousands of delegates from abroad. Indian Railways has given a 50 percent concession in the fares to devotees coming from 300 kms and more, subject to a limited income, of course.

The Samagam will be dedicated to the loving memory of Nirankari Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj who passed into his eternal abode during a car crash near Montreal in Canada on May 13, 2016. The theme assigned to the Samagam is: A Tribute to Humanness. The idea is to focus in particular on Baba Ji’s glorious contribution to promote human values of love, compassion, tolerance and oneness based on spiritual enlightenment not only in India but across the world.

Accordingly, the poetic symposium that will be the highlight of the concluding session on November 21 will have the theme: Karz Chukaya Ja Nahi Sakta, Hardev Tere Ahsano Ka (We cannot repay the debt we owe to Baba Hardev Singh Ji for his acts of benevolence).
