Chandigarh, Oct 16 – Haryana Government has directed that any complaint against an official received on CM Window be examined at two levels above that official.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that according to instructions issued on May 14, 2015 and June 10, 2015, in case of any complaint being forwarded from the Chief Minister Grievances Cell to any department, all complaints against an official, which have been marked to subordinate organisations, would be examined by an officer two ranks over and above the delinquent official.
He said that all departments would suggest the minimum level of marking in case of any complaint forwarded from the Chief Minister Grievances Cell within seven days.
He said that all Administrative Secretaries, Heads of Departments and Deputy Commissioners in the State have been directed to strictly enforce these instructions. In case any deviation is found, strict action would be taken against the erring officers, he added.
