Employees of the State Government would soon get the benefit of the 7th Central Pay Commission-Abhimanyu.

Chandigarh, Oct 3 – Haryana Finance Minister Capt Abhimanyu said that employees of the State Government would soon get the benefit of the 7th Central Pay Commission as the Committee for Implementation of the 7th Central Pay Commission, constituted by the State Government, would submit its report by October 20, 2016.
The Finance Minister was replying to the questions of media persons here today.
He said that it is for the first time in the history of the country that the Central Government led by Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi has quickly decided to implement the recommendations of the 7th Pay Commission. The Central Government has set a record by immediately accepting and implementing the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission. He reminded that the recommendations of 6th Pay Commission were implemented after two years of Commission’s report.
With a view to extend the benefit of 7th Pay Commission, Capt Abhimanyu said that State Government has constituted a Committee of Finance Department and about 176 representations or suggestions have been received by the Committee, which are being examined. .
