Misdeeds committed during the regime of former Chief Minister, Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda are being exposed -Manoher Lal.
Chandigarh, May 25 – Haryana Chief Minister Mr Manohar Lal today said that as the misdeeds committed during the regime of former Chief Minister, Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda were being exposed one by one, he was getting nervous and fearing that he might be behind bars.
The Chief Minister, who was replying to questions of media persons, was asked to comment about Mr Hooda’s meeting with 2000 party workers, shortly after presiding over the Civil Military Liaison Conference here today.
Mr Manohar Lal said that Mr Hooda was following the policy of “offence is best defense”. Mr Hooda is getting scared but all this would not benefit him.
In reply to another question, the Chief Minister said that report of Prakash Singh Committee is with the Government. The Committee’s report is based on facts and findings which would be presented in the High Court in appropriate time.
In reply to yet another question, Mr Manohar Lal said that there were several issues about irregularities committed during the regime of former Chief Minister Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda. These were being investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation, Supreme Court and Justice Dhingra Commission. Also, in the same context, 12-13 raids have been conducted.
