Panchkula, November 3:         

          Municipal Corporation is running so many schemes to make Clean, Green, Lighting and Smart Panchkula. 55 villages under the MC will also get the benefits of these schemes.

          While addressing media persons at Mini Secretariat in the press conference,  Mr. Vivek Atray, Deputy Commissioner told that Rs. One Lack each will be given a prize money in various categories like Government Primary school, Govt. Sr. Sec. school, community center, market, cleanliness sector, public toilet, Govt dispensary, Park, Govt. building, Ashiyana and One NGO of  the Panckula under the Cleanliness program continuously running from October 2nd to October 11th and October 26th to November 6th. Ward No.9 will be made Model Ward under the scheme, under which Cleanliness work will be given to outsourcing.  56 CCTV Cameras will be installed in the city with Amount of Rs.2 Cror 40 Lakh. In these cameras 10 cameras will move all around, he added’.

          Deputy Commissioner told that Park Development Societies will be made for development and cleanliness of parks. Dustbin and other equipments will be bought with amount of Rs.21 Lakh, which will be given by the Agriculture Minister for the Cleanliness. Jagdeep Dhanda, Municipal Commissioner told that the work of repair of street lights was done by the MC. LED lights will be installed in 55 villages with Amount of  Rs. 4 Cror. Apart from it, a monthly news letter is also publishing by the office  on every  7th date of month. Citizen form is also started for getting advices from citizens to make Panckula more perfect.
