Police filled Chillan in court after135 days of the crime which took place at Tau Devi Lal Stadium on june 14 against which a F I R  no 217  dated 20th june 2015 was registered  at the Police station sector 5 Panchkula u/s 323,324,325 and 34 of the IPC. Police filled Chillan in court after 135 days of the crime . A PHD scholar Akshay Bishnoi son of Arun Johar Sr. retd. officer of public relation dept. of Haryana a renowned  journalist and advocate was brutally attacked with baseball bats and knife.After great persuasions the case was got registered against some of the accused and  police arrested only 4 persons and 2had already surrended .The rest of the accused were not taken in to custody.
