About 28 lakh MT pady arrived in Haryana

Chandigarh, October 20 – During the Kharif Marketing Season (KMS) 2015-16, about 28 Lakh Metric Tonnes (LMT) of leviable paddy and 0.83 LMT of non-leviable paddy have so far arrived in the mandis of Haryana and 26.12 LMT leviable paddy has been purchased by procurement agencies on Minimum Support Price (MSP) and 1.88 LMT by millers and dealers.
