French Delegation on Urban Infrastructure Development & Renewable Energy visitsHaryana Raj Bhavan

Chandigarh, October 12, Chandigarh: French Delegation on Urban Infrastructure Development & Renewable Energy led by Mr. Francois Richier Ambassador of France called on the Governor Haryana & Punjab and Administrator, UT, Chandigarh H.E. Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki at Haryana Raj Bhavan today. Apart from French Officials a number of representatives of various companies were present also present, who sought for opportunities of their contribution in making Chandigarh a Smart City.


Welcoming the delegation the Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki hoped that the interaction between Chandigarh Administration and French Delegation will give a new direction to the relationship between Chandigarh and France. He said that Chandigarh and France share special relationship from the time of creation of Chandigarh and now Chandigarh is planning to take next leap in the development by its endeavour to become a smart city.

Sh. Vijay Dev, Adviser to Administrator, U.T. Chandigarh, Sh. Sarvjit Singh, Finance Secretary, U.T. Chandigarh, Sh. Anurag Agarwal, Home Secretary, U.T. Chanidgarh, Sh. M.P. Singh, Principal Secretary to Governor and other senior officials of the administration were also present on the occasion.
