Chandigarh, 2 October, 2015:  Adviser to the Administrator Sh. Vijay Dev, IAS, expressed his happiness and said, “This Award is dedicated to citizens of Chandigarh because of the unique sense of ownership that Chandigarhians have towards Rock Garden in particular and all other public amenities like Lake, gardens, parks in general is its USP.  This legitimate pride that citizens have over these utilities translate into a volunteer driven joint management of assets by Chandigarh Administration and citizens which is a model fit to be replicated. From next year we will endeavor to procure awards in all possible categories through enhanced collaboration with RWAs MWAs CSOs NGOs elected reps and citizens”.
