Blood donation camp in Nav Bal Niketan School

Chandigarh September 28 – Nav Bal Niketan Model School, Sector 29-B in association with Bharat Vikas Prishad (East) has organised blood donation camp in School with the support of PGI blood bank. The staff and parents of the school enthusiastically participated in the camp. Thirty-two units of blood were collected and mobile van of PGI was used for the collection process.

On this occasion, Poster making competition on “Blood Donation” theme was organised for the students of class IV to VIII in the school. Aman Singh Negi of class VIII secured the first position, Riya Kumar of class VI secured second position, Deepika of class VII secured the third position. Principal of School Mrs. Punam Mahajan thanked the parents and staff for the efforts in making this camp successful and also thanked the team of PGI blood bank for their support.
