Chandigarh, Nov 19– Making disciplinary cases monitoring system as an integral part of Human Resource Management System (HRMS), under Rule 7 and 8 of all the employees in HRMS so as to easily monitor such cases and to prevent delay at any stage. Haryana Government has asked all the departments to incorporate the complete information of disciplinary proceedings
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that this would help the dealing authorities to take the next step without any confusion and lack of clarity. The new system would not only help to monitor disciplinary cases but also useful in dealing with the extension in service cases or any other related matters.
He said that NIC had already been requested to make the provisions of Annual Confidential Report (ACR) and integrity, status of disciplinary proceedings and vigilance clearance in HRMS for collective monitoring of such cases and their finalization in a time bound manner.
All the Administrative Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Managing Directors or Chief Administrators of Boards and Corporations, Registrar, Punjab and Haryana High Court and Registrars of all Universities in the state have been requested to ensure strict compliance of the same.
