Chandigarh, 26th October, 2017: The Administrator, Union Territory of Chandigarh in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 54 of Punjab Police, Act, 2007 (Punjab Act No. 10 of 2008) as extended to Union Territory of Chandigarh, is pleased to appoint Hon’ble Mr. Justice Darshan Singh (Retd.) as the Chairman of Police Complaints Authority for Union Territory of Chandigarh.
