Haryana Housing Board has urged the allottees to avail loan facilities at concessional rates from the banks.
Chandigarh, October 26 – Haryana Housing Board has urged the allottees to avail loan facilities at concessional rates from the banks as all these flats and houses are covered under the Prime Minister Awas Yojna.
While stating this here today, Secretary of the Board, Mr Randhir Singh informed that the Board had constructed 5,359 flats for B.P.L families in different sectors of Sonipat. Draw of flat numbers of some of these flats has already taken place and process of allotment is already underway. He said that draw of flat numbers of 2223 units for Sector 18 Part I, II and III and for Sector-60 TDI City was held at site in Sonipat on October 25, 2017 by the draw committee.
He also informed that all such allottees of BPL houses that were allotted flats since January 2016 but could not take possession within 30 days of offer of possession due to some reason, could take possession of their flats by depositing the required documents alongwith demand draft upto October 31, 2017 in the office of concerned Estate Manager. This opportunity is being given in view of Golden Jubilee celebrations. In case the allottees fail to avail this one time golden opportunity within the prescribed time, the allotment of flats would be cancelled.
