Suspension and registration of an FIR against Baldev Singh, Kanungo of Cheeka ordered.
Chandigarh, Oct 13–The Haryana Health Minister, Mr Anil Vij, has ordered suspension and registration of an FIR against Baldev Singh, Kanungo of Cheeka, for his alleged negligence in the demarcation of farm of Sunder in Taragarh village of Kaithal district. He directed the tehsildar of Kaithal to complete the work of demarcation within ten days.
The Health Minister was presiding over the District Public Relations and Grievances Committee in Kaithal, today.
He said that meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievances Committee would be held on second Friday of every month and directed the officers to speedily redress the grievances instead of keeping them pending. Strict action would be taken against them in case of any negligence.
At the meeting, 15 complaints were received out of which nine were old complaints. Maximum number of them were redressed on the spot and directions were issued to investigate the pending complaints.
Mr Vij directed the Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kaithal, Capt. Shakti Singh, to look into the complaint of Advocate Virender Bansal of the district court regarding six-year delay in passing the map of shops on National Highway-65. He asked the ADC to file a detailed report at the next meeting.
Taking a serious note of the complaint regarding illegal sale of liquor in village Keorak, he ordered the deputy commissioner to form a joint team of the Excise and Taxation Department and police officers and stop the illegal sale immediately, and take strict action against the guilty.
He ordered the SP to set up a special investigation team under the chairmanship of DSP and report the investigation in the case of Vikas whose body was found burnt on January 23, 2017 in village Karora.
On a complaint regarding illegal plying of Cable TV wires on street lights and non-payment of fee to the Municipal Council, Kaithal, for the last 20 years, Mr Vij directed SDM Kamal Preet Kaur to investigate the matter and find out how much revenue loss had been suffered by the Municipal Council and who were responsible for it.
He also directed officers of the Haryana Urban Development Authority to immediately start work to provide clean parks and maintain roads in Pundri.
