AGAINST FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES UNDER PRADHAN MANTRI AWAS YOJANA (URBAN)

Chandigarh, 6th June, 2017: It is given to understand that certain persons (individuals/entities) are making fraudulent offers of benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) to potential beneficiaries.

• It is hereby cautioned that M/o HUPA/Chandigarh Administration/Chandigarh Housing Board, Chandigarh has not authorized any person to collect money for availing of any benefit under PMAY (U)
• It is advised not to pay money or disclose details (such as –Aadhar card/Bank details/Phone numbers/E-mail id etc.) to any person for PMAY (U)
• Any such fraudulent activities are to be reported to the nearest police station.
