Mr. Manohar Lal, has ordered to issue chargesheet against dealing clerk for delay.

Chandigarh, May 25 – Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal, has ordered to issue chargesheet against dealing clerk for delay in dealing file regarding granting of benefit of advance increments to college teachers from the date of declaration of result or issuance of provisional marksheet for M. Phil degree.
While stating this here today, an official spokesman said that the Chief Minister had also approved the proposal in this regard.
He said that the Haryana College Teachers Association had requested that two additional advance increments on M.Phil notification and provisional DMC should be given to those teachers who were appointed up to September, 2009, as M.Phil degree was not a pre-condition for award of additional advance increments to them. The Association had also requested that these orders be regularised in view of Court directions and the litigation policy.
