Group Housing Scheme-2017 (e-auction) for allotment of group housing plots

Chandigarh, Apr 14 – Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) has formulated its new Group Housing Scheme-2017 (e-auction) for allotment of group housing plots available in various urban estates in the state.
The available group housing plots at Ambala, Bahadurgarh, Dadri, Faridabad, Gurugram, Hisar, Jagadhri, Jind, Kaithal, Karnal, Kurukshetra, Panchkula/Pinjore, Panipat, Palwal, Rewari, Rohtak, Sirsa and Sonipat were likely to be allotted in near future through e-auction to the eligible registered Cooperative Group Housing Societies or Welfare Housing Organisations.E-auction of group housing sites by HUDA was likely to commence from June 15, 2017 onwards.
In the meantime, interested persons and organisations may form Cooperative Group Housing Societies or Welfare Housing Organisations and register them with Registrar, Cooperative Societies or Registrar, Firms and Societies for becoming eligible to participate in the forthcoming e-auction scheme.
