Chandigarh, Mar 31 – Haryana Excise and Taxation Minister, Capt. Abhimanyu, said that the State Government is making preparations for implementation of Goods and Services Tax (GST) in a planned manner. The process to impart training to GST category for implementation of the tax would be completed within next two months.
The Minister was speaking after attending the 13thmeeting of GST Council held under the chairmanship of Union Finance Minister, Mr. Arun Jaitley, in New Delhi today.
He later attended meeting of Finance Ministers of different states of north India, where discussion was held regarding utilisation of resources for economic progress and development of north Indian states and fostering coordination amongst them.
