Haryana State Vigilance Bureau has caught Rakesh Kumar, Clerkred-handed while accepting illegal gratification of Rs 4,000 and Rs 3,000, respectively, in separate cases.

Chandigarh, Sept 12- Haryana State Vigilance Bureau has caught Rakesh Kumar, Clerk, posted as Reader Naib Tehsildar, Uklana, District Hisar and Roshan Lal, Patwari, Halqa Gohana, a resident of Barota, Police Station Kundli, Sonipat, red-handed while accepting illegal gratification of Rs 4,000 and Rs 3,000, respectively, in separate cases.
While giving this information here today, a spokesman of the Bureau said that Rakesh Kumar had accepted the bribe from Surender, a resident of Barwala, District Hisar in lieu of registration of plot.
He said that in the other case, Roshan Lal had accepted the bribe from Krishan Kumar, a resident of Sanghi, Police Station Sadar, Rohtak in lieu of a mutation deed of 123 sq. yards plot of complainant’s mother. Two separate case have been registered against them under sections 7 and 13 of Prevention of Corruption Act in Bureau’s police stations in Hisar and Rohtak respectively.
