State Vigilance Bureau has caught R. K. Garg, Superintending Engineer.

Chandigarh, July 21- Haryana State Vigilance Bureau has caught R. K. Garg, Superintending Engineer, Public Health Engineering, Jhajjar red-handed while accepting illegal gratification of Rs 15,000 from Mahabir, a resident of village Nilothi, District Jhajjar.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Bureau said that he had accepted the bribe in lieu of sending the letter of credit, after countersigning, for payment of pending bills of repair to the headquarters. A case has been registered against him under sections 7 and 13 of Prevention of Corruption Act at Bureau’s police station in Rohtak, he added.
