Promotion of Science Education Scholarship Scheme 2016-17.

Chandigarh July 15: Haryana State Council for Science and Technology has invited applications from students in eligible categories or courses of study under the Promotion of Science Education Scholarship Scheme 2016-17 for scholarship available for pursuing graduate and post graduate courses in scientific subjects and areas as specified in the scheme.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of Department of Science and Technology said that while for 5-year integrated courses as also three years and four years graduate courses in basic and natural sciences, the number of scholarship would be restricted to 150. For two year post-graduate courses in basic and natural science the number of scholarships is 50.
He said that for eligibility and other details, the interested students might visit the website http://www.dstharyana.org/html/whatsnew.htm. He said that only online applications would be entertained and the last date for uploading the same would be September 19, 2016 by 5 pm.
