Collector rates of immovable property redused in district Gurgaon by 15 per cent.
Chandigarh, June 27 – Haryana Government has decided to reduce collector rates of immovable property in district Gurgaon by 15 per cent as compared to those of the last year, with immediate effect. The new rates are available on website www.gurgaon.nic.in.
While stating this today, Deputy Commissioner, Gurgaon, Mr. T.L. Satyaprakash said that this decision was taken in a meeting of district level committee constituted for revising the collector rates.
He said that the collector rates have been reduced on the basis of rates prescribed recently for registration of property, market rate and rates of plots and flats fixed by private builders in the district. He said that there has been decrease in property prices in Gurgaon during the last few months, following which decision has been taken to reduce collector rates in the current financial year.
