Modernisation of State Police Force in 2016-17.

Chandigarh, June 4 – Haryana Government has sanctioned about Rs 7.09 crore for purchase of equipment and vehicles under state share for modernisation of State Police Force in 2016-17.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of Police Department said that Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal, has approved a proposal to this effect.
He said that equipments to be purchased included those required for training, security, and for special branches, Home Guard and State Vigilance Bureau.
