Mrs. Jain invited Mr. Lelliott for the International Yoga Day programme to be held on June 21.

Chandigarh, June 3 – British Deputy High Commissioner, Chandigarh, Mr. David Lelliott today called on Haryana Urban Local Bodies Minister, Mrs. Kavita Jain to invite her to attend Iftar party to be organised by him on June 13 as Chief Guest.
Mr. Lelliott said that the party was aimed at promoting goodwill, harmony and brotherhood among different communities and spreading the message of non-violence and peace.
Accepting the invitation, Mrs. Jain said that Haryana Government respects all the religions and works with the spirit of ‘Sabka Sath Sabka Vikas’.
On this occasion, Mrs. Jain discussed various issues related to education and empowerment of women. Mrs. Jain also invited Mr. Lelliott for the International Yoga Day programme to be held on June 21.
