Chandigarh, March 30: The Chief of Army Staff, India General Dalbir Singh today called on Hon’ble Governor, Haryana & Punjab and Administrator UT Chandigarh Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki at Haryana Raj Bhavan. This was a courtesy call on the Governor. Lt Gen KJ Singh GOC in C Western Command was also present on the occasion.
