Inspection the eateries of Sector 8 Chandigarh Chandigarh, 8th February, 2015: As per the action plan prepared by Dr. Rajinder K.Sharma, Designated Officer I/c Food Safety Administration, Chandigarh HealthDepartment, Chandigarh , a joint team of Food Safety Officers Sh. Bharat Kanojia , Sh.Surinder Pal Singh & Sh. Bhaljinder Singh today inspected the eateries of Sector 8,Chandigarh and three samples namely two of Tomato gravy and one sample of Chaapwere taken and sent to Food Analysis Laboratories, Chandigarh for analysis &examination. Two improvement notices were issued and also one challan was issuedunder un-hygienic conditions. The Food vendors were also instructed to keep hygieneand quality standards as per Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006
