State Election Commission, Haryana has postponed the election to the seat of Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Ramgarh Ror, block Pehowa, district Kurukshetra

Chandigarh, January 9 – In view of the directions of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, enquiry report and request of the District Election Officer, Panchayat, Kurukshetra, the State Election Commission, Haryana has postponed the election to the seat of Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Ramgarh Ror, block Pehowa, district Kurukshetra, which was scheduled to be held on January 10, 2016.

While giving this information today, State Election Commissioner, Mr. Rajeev Sharma said that now election to the seat of Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Ramgarh Ror, block Pehowa, district Kurukshetra would be held on January 24.

The allotment of symbol for the post would be made on January 13 after 3 p.m., he added.
