– Haryana State Vigilance Bureau has caught Parveen Verma, Clerk, HAFED, Ballabgarh, Faridabad red-handed

Chandigarh, December 10 while accepting illegal gratification of Rs 2,000 from Subhash Chand resident of Faridabad in lieu of giving the cheque of penalty.
          While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Bureau said that in another case, Shayam Lal, Head Constable at Police Station Cheeka, Kaithal was caught taking bribe of Rs 1,000 from Krishan Kumar resident of Kaithal in lieu of legal action against the complainant.
            He said that separate cases had been registered against both the accused under sections 7 and 13 of Prevention of Corruption Act at the Bureau Police Station in Gurgaon and under section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act at the Bureau Police Station in Ambala, respectively.
