Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki, today visited the Haryana Pavilion at the India International Trade Fair-2015 at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi
Chandigarh, November 25 Harya–na Governor, Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki, today visited the Haryana Pavilion at the India International Trade Fair-2015 at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi and showed keen interest in the products made by units of women entrepreneurs of the state displayed in the pavilion.
Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Solanki said that the Haryana Pavilion has been decorated according to the theme and the development of the state has been depicted very well in it. Appreciating the skill development stall, the Governor said that this would provide employment opportunities to youth. He emphasized that skill development should be promoted in rural areas also so that the unskilled people there could also be benefitted. Also, he appreciated the models of ‘Skill India’, ‘Swachh Haryana-Swachh Bharat’, ‘Digital India’, ‘Startup India’, Mhara Gaon Jagmag Gaon and the new Enterprises Promotion Policy-2015.
The Governor also visited stalls of food items of Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation, Vita and Hafed. Later, he also took a round of the Madhya Pradesh pavilion.
Secretary to Governor, Mrs. Neelam P. Kasni, Chief Administrator, Trade Fair Authority Haryana, Mr. Anand Mohan Sharan and other senior officers of the State Government were also present on this occasion.
