Chandigarh, October 8 – Haryana State Vigilance Bureau has caught Ram Richhapal, Inspector, Excise and Taxation Department, Sirsa, red-handed while accepting illegal gratification of Rs 30,000 from Rajesh Gill, resident of Dobhi, district Fatehabad for demanding monthly to run smoothly work of liquor vend.
While stating this here today, a spokesman of the Bureau said that a case was registered against the accused under sections 7, 13, 49 and 88 of Prevention of Corruption Act at the Bureau Police Station in Hisar.
