Draw of lots for car parking space in Sector 63
Chandigarh, 28 August, 2015:- Chandigarh Housing Board is going to conduct draw of lots for car parking space for the allottees of Three Bed Room and Two Bed Room General Self Financing Housing Scheme-2008 Sector 63, Chandigarh on 06.09.2015, at its office premises at 8, Jan Marg, Sector 9, Chandigarh as under:-

There are three types of car parking viz. the first is a bigger parking space under stilts, (for Two cars), a smaller parking under stilts (space for one car) and parking for one car in an earmarked open space. Allottees were requested to submit their options for parking space on 4.7.2015 and 5.7.2015 at the time of numbering draw and also through website of Chandigarh Administration on 6.7.2015 in the prescribed form by 20.7.2015. Those who have not submitted their option forms till date were again requested through letter dated 28.8.15 to submit the same by 1.9.2015 failing which the decision of the Board would be final and binding on the allottees in this respect.
Allottees have also been requested to form a Registered Agency for the purpose of maintenance of common portion and common services as per housing blocks in accordance with the provisions of the CHB Allotment, Management and Sale of Tenements Regulations,1979 before the possession of the Dwelling Unit is handed over to them.
