[SGPC]has appointed Hercharn Singh Chief Secretary

The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee [SGPC]has appointed Hercharn Singh Ex Deputy Chairman of Punjab and Sind Bank Bank as its first  Chief Secretary for three years .He would take over onAugust-27 .It was announced by SGPC Presiden Avtar Singh Makkar The Chief Secretary will be paid Rs 3 lac per month and other perks
